Summer has finally come and warmth seems to have settled around here. In the past few days I craved some of the foods my gran used to make us as children. I’m talking about the ultimate comfort foods that shaped our childhood pallets. This savoury dish can be served as a side or just as a vegetarian meal in itself. I’m not sure what relation it has with the cuisine in France, but here in Transylvania, it is a very popular and homey dish.
